An easy delicious recipe using summer peaches.
Grilled Peaches & Burrata
- Cut peaches in half, drizzle with olive oil and place cut side down on a griddle or cast iron pan
- Once they have some caramelisation place on a platter
- Break the burrata over the top Zest and squeeze half a lemon over the top
- Drizzle with more olive oil, a pinch of salt & pepper
- Throw on some basil if you have it
- Eat immediately with some fresh crusty bread
