With the rise of a fitness industry obsessed with ‘transformations’ and a very specific beauty ideal, Lucy and Marek of Co-Lab Fitness decided to create an environment that celebrates individualism and fosters a long term and sustainable relationship with fitness. Co-Lab offers a holistic training program centred around movement and community, tailored specifically to your individual needs, no matter what your age, fitness level, ability and gender.

Co-Lab’s approach to programming is person centred and unique to your goals. In a one-on-one introductory session, we sit down together to discuss your goals, your current strength and fitness levels and your lifestyle. This information informs your programming which you will access via an app on your phone where you can track and measure your results.
How does the individualised programming work?
FAQ's
Our members train in a small semi-private environment, capped at 6 members per hour time slot. This allows us to provide one-on-one coaching much like a small group personal training session. Our members work through their individualised programming under the supervision of our expert coaches.
How does individualised programming work in a group setting?
FAQ's
No, if you are unable to train in person with us in our Paddington location, we offer remote coaching. The same personalised approach and individualised programming which can be adapted for at home training or the gym.

FAQ's
Functional fitness is training that prepares the body for real life movement and activities. It’s an exercise modality that supports your everyday life. Movements such as squatting, pressing, pulling and rotating that are integrated into your programming translate to building a body that is capable of doing daily tasks and real life activities in real life settings. Walking, jogging, running, lifting, pushing, bending, standing, lunging, turning will become easier. Functional fitness encourages strength training, balance and coordination, power, conditioning, range of motion and mobility. All of this will be incorporated into your individualised program.
